精密铸造精密铸造precision casting 精密铸造(preeision easting)用精密铸型获得精密铸件的方法。通常指熔模铸造或失蜡铸造,即利用可以熔化的材料制成整体或分件的铸型以获取精密铸件的铸造方法。采用石蜡、硬脂酸为主要原料的合成蜡料压成蜡模,并使多个蜡模组装于同一浇道,在以水玻瑞或硅酸乙脂作粘结剂的耐火材料(石英粉或错石粉等)浆液中多次重复浸溃,使蜡模表层形成一定厚度的多层型壳,待型壳硬化后浸人温度高于蜡料熔点的水中化去蜡模,此型壳经高温焙烧即可投人浇注获得铸件。铸件的合金材料多采用合金钢,其重量和尺寸受蜡模性能的限制,尺寸一般不超过1米。 精铸件具有广阔的适用范围,重量从0.5克到700千克,厚度从0.25一1.2毫米到75毫米;内孔直径0.5一5毫米的铸件,均可达到ITll一13级精度(砂型铸钢件仅为IT16一18级);拔模斜度可为零;表面粗糙度能至凡l一3微米;加工余量可小至0.35一0.8毫米。精铸件的表面粗糙度取决于耐火材料的品种、粒度和粘结剂;尺寸精度取决于蜡料性能和粘结剂。由于工艺过程复杂,原辅料成本高,铸件成本相应增高,因而精密铸造仅用于要求较高的铸件生产。 在中国,农业机械制造业是采用精铸件最多的工业部门之一,多数工厂设精铸工段、车间或分厂,如洛阳第一拖拉机厂精铸分厂生产能力达年产20()0吨,建有自动化的涂层型壳生产线。(张伯明)
