高炉铁水短流程工艺在铸造生产中的应用

摘 要：针对短流程工艺对铸件组织及性能的影响，结合笔者工作实践进行了探讨，并对短流程生产中成
本控制、电炉选型及安全等细节进行了简述。实践表明：只要注重细节，操作得当，短流程工艺不但可以降低铸
件能耗和生产成本，减少排放，并且完全可以生产出冶金质量好，机械性能优异的合格铸件。

Application of Blast Furnace Short Process in the Casting Production

Abstract：The cost control，electric furnace selection and safety in the short process production are discribed in this paper based
on the influence of the short process on casting organization and performance and combined with the author S working practice．
Practice shows that paying attention to details and operating properly，the short process technology can not only reduce the energy
consumption and production cast of casting and reduce emissions，but also produce the qualified casting with good metallurgical
quality and excellent mechanical performance．
