隔震橡胶支座模具设计和加工工艺
摘 要:目前应对地震灾害,提高建筑抗震性能的结构设计理念,可以归纳为 “抗震”
和 “隔震”两种思路。以前为了个抗震就是使建筑物加强他的构建强度。因此,允许
结构和构件在地震中出现一定程度的损坏,程度往往难以控制。但是使用隔震技术后,
就能够减少建筑物在地震中的摇动,使得建筑不至于损坏严重。结构比较复杂,模具
重量比较大,尤上、中、下三模组成来制出支座,压模分为开放式,封闭式,半封闭
式。由于模具质量要求比较高,所以上下模采用 45#钢,中模采用锻钢。因为其性能
在中上等,制造这种模具很适合。应该切入点余胶槽,手柄,型腔尺寸,收缩率,各种
零件规格等等!我的设计内容是:橡胶支座系列模具设计——铅芯型。

Mold Design and Processing Technology of Seismic Isolation

Abstract:The current structural design to resist earthquake and improve seismic
performance o buildings can be summed up as "earthquake" and "isolated .
”
Earthquake-resistant means to strengthen buildings’construction. Therefore, it allows a
certaindegreeo damageinstructureandcomponentsa ectedbyearthquakeanditisoften
di icult to control. However, seismic isolation technology can reduce the shaking o
buildings duringthe earthquakeandmake surethatbuildings aren’tbadly damaged.The
construction is complex and the weight o mode is relatively large. The ultimate mold is
consists o upper, middle and lower mould and molding-die is divided into open, closed,
hal closed style. Because o the high quality requirements, the upper and lower molds
madeo 45#steelandmiddlemoldmadeo die-forgedsteel.It’s verysuitabletoproduce
this mold because o its good performance. These designs takes glue tank, handle cavity
dimensions, shrinkage, parts specifications as a starting point, designs a mold based on
bearingseriestypeo lead.
