柴油机曲轴工艺规程设计
摘 要：曲轴是单缸柴油机的心脏部件之一，它的功用是将活塞和连轴杆传来的气体力转变为转矩输出，以驱动与其相连的动力装置，此外还驱动内燃机本身的配气机构及各种附件。由于柴油机曲轴在工作中受力情况复杂，所以曲轴的加工工艺及加工精度要求较高。柴油机曲轴加工面较多、定位、装夹较为复杂，因此需制订合理的加工路线。本说明书介绍了175Ⅱ型柴油机曲轴加工工艺规程的编制及相关夹具的设计，及曲轴的规程制定中遇到问题的分析、经济性分析、工时定额、切削用量的计算。同时还介绍曲轴加工中用到的两套夹具的设计过程，包括定位、夹紧及误差的计算分析。

The Design of Process Criterion for Diesel Engine’s Craft
Abstract: The craft is one of the core parts of the diesel engine, which has the function of transferring the air pressure from the piston and craft level to the output torque to drive the engine equipments, besides it also drives the air constructions and attachments which actuates the internal combustion engine owns itself. The craft of the diesel engine is complicated of force, so it needs higher precision for its performance and manufacture. It’s complex for the cutting planes, locating jig and fixture, so we need to design a reasonable route progress. The manual instruction includes the craft progress, jig designs, the problems analysis in design, economic, production time, and cuttings measure, the two sets of jigs’ design and the location as well as the tolerance’s calculation.
