铸造工艺和型砂对环境的影响

摘要:从厌氧燃烧、富氧燃烧、金属催化剂和飞灰触煤、温度等角度讨论铸造对二恶英循环和生成的影响,分析铸
造过程二恶英生成机理及防止措施,提出控制砂中含盐量,可减少生成二恶英的必要条件氯的参与,通过钝化铸造飞
灰的活性、控制型砂及旧砂中的残碳量、缩短铸造冷却过程在300-500℃温度段的逗留时间可大幅度减少二恶英重
新合成的数量。统计表明铸造过程微粒释放数量与型砂所含苯一碳量呈正相关。

Abstract:Thereismuchemissionofdioxins,furanandbenzopyrene,etc.,whiletheyareinhotcondi-
tionsornotburningenoughlikethatbenzeneringorcarbon.Itsmisfortune,therearelargenumbersof
multi-benzeneringmaterials,mucilageglue,undry.Itiscommentedthattheinfluenceto
producedioxinsandtheirrecycleswithmetalactivator,dustaccelerant,burningwithfullorlackoxide
infoundryprocess.Itisanalyzedhowdioxinsproducedinfoundryandwhichwaytopreventit.Itisthe
mostimportantthatchlorideisthekeyfactoraboutdioxins.Thesandsfromfreshwatercandecrease
saltorchlorideespeciallyathightemperature.Itislesscompoundsfordioxinsnewly,withshorttime
stayingat3000to5001C,tobecomeunactivatedstatetomotebyfoundry,controlremnantscarbonin
sandmold.Itispertinencetoamountsofmoteandremnantscarbonbystatistics.
