阀盖的铸造工艺设计及模拟
摘 要
本文完成了对铸钢件阀盖的铸造工艺方案设计,包括浇注位置、分型面的选择,砂芯和各项铸造工艺参数的确定以及浇注系统、砂箱、芯盒、模板的设计。根据铸件小的特点,分为一箱四件,并采用封闭-开放式的浇注系统的方法。在利用华铸CAE模拟的基础上,通过对凝固过程的温度场和铸造缺陷的分析,依据分析结果对工艺进行改进,最后设计出合理的铸造工艺方案。
铸造过程计算机模拟可以减少或取消新产品的工艺实验,能够有效地避免可能出现的铸造缺陷,保证工艺的可靠性,缩短新产品的试制周期。

Valve Cover Casting Process Design and Simulation
Abstract
This article completes the cast valve cover casting technology design, including the casting choice of location, a parting surface, sand cores and the casting pouring system for determination of process parameters and, sand box, box, template design。 According to the casting characteristics of small, divided into a box of four pieces, and closed-open-cast method of the system。 China casting CAE simulation on the basis of, through the analysis of solidification and temperature field of casting defects, analysis based on process improvement, and finally devise a reasonable casting technology。
Computer simulation of casting process to reduce or cancel the process of new product, can effectively prevent possible casting defects, ensure process reliability, shorten the development cycle of new products。
