摘 要
本文名字为法兰工艺与分析。其中主要阐述的法兰的工艺分析。法兰又称法兰凸缘盘，它是是管子与管子相互连接的零件，主要连接于管端。而锻造法兰由锻造和冲压两部分组成。它是由锻压法兰机的锤头、冲头、相关模具对原材料冲压，从而产生变形，这样活得设计师们设计的形状和尺寸。在锻造加工中，坯料整体发生明显的塑性变形，有较大的塑性流动；在冲压加工中，坯料主要通过改变各部位面积的空间位置而成形，其内部不出现较大距离的塑性流动。法兰的锻压主要用于加工金属制件，同时也可用于加工某些非金属，如陶瓷坯、橡胶、砖坯以及复合材料的成型等。
法兰的轧制属于塑性加工，其主要用于生产金属制件等。中国关于制造行业已有几千年的历史，早在2000多年前，聪明而又智慧的先人就已经应用冷锻工艺制造工具。不过，经过后期欧洲一些国家的先进技术，法兰的制造相关技术现在已经很成熟了。

Abstract
