阀体砂型铸造充型凝固过程数值模拟研究

摘 要:由于阀体零件结构复杂,砂型铸造阀体时,浇注系统和工艺参数不当容易导致铸件出现缩松、缩孔等缺陷。
采用ProCAST 软件对典型阀体砂型铸造过程进行数值模拟,研究了金属液充型和凝固过程。 分析了缺陷产生的原因,
改进了浇注工艺方案,提高了铸件的质量和合格率。
