锡青铜叶轮的铸造工艺研究

摘要:采用真空熔炼、熔模造型以及离心铸造方法制备了ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6NilFeCo锡青铜薄壁叶轮。研究了在不同的
浇注系统、离心转速、型壳预热温度、浇注温度下叶轮的制备情况。结果表明:采用改进后的浇注系统避免了因采
用原浇注系统而造成的表面气孔缺陷,在离心转速为300 r/min、型壳预热温度750℃、浇注温度1 150℃的工艺参数
下,铸件无气孔、缩孔和夹杂等缺陷,达到了使用要求。

Abstract: Thin wal1 ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6NilFeCo alloy impellers were produced through vacuum melting,
investment molding and centrifugal casting.The variation of gating system,centrifugal speed,preheating
temperature ofmold and pouring temperature ofcasting process were investigated.The result shows that surface
gas holes were removed by improving gating system,and under the condition of centrifugal speed with 300
r/min,preheating temperature 750℃ of mold and pouring temperature 1 1 50℃.the sound casting can be
produced without defects ofgas hole,shrinkage and impurity ctc.
