铸造工艺数据库系统的研究及开发

摘要：以铸造生产过程中所需的各类参数为基础数据，通过对数据的分析和计算，建立铸造工艺数据库。以铸造工艺
数据库为后台数据库，采用Delphi和SQLServer开发出铸造工艺数据库管理系统。通过实例证明：开发的系统可以实现
对铸造工艺数据信息的多种查询功能，并有数据存储和库的维护等功能，能解决铸造工艺辅助设计中大量的铸造工艺
数据的有效存储和合理利用问题。

Abstract： Based on the different kinds of parameters needed during foundry production，the
process database is established by analyzing and calculating the data．By using of the database as
the background database．the Delphi and SQL server are adopted to develop the management
system of the casting process database．The example proves that the system can realize many
query functions of data jnformation of casting process，and have functions of saving data and
maintaining the database．it also can solve many problems of effective storage and rationaI
utilization in the assistant designation of casting process．
