铸铝焊接工艺.doc

  摘 要

  铝合金具有密度小,耐腐蚀性高,比强度高,导电导热性好等优点,成为工业生

  产中最常用的有色金属之一。TIG焊作为最常见的铝合金焊接方法具有焊接接头质量

  高,可进行全位置焊接等优点,但是由于钨极载流能力有限,电弧热分散,单道焊接

  熔深浅,熔覆率低,焊接生产率低,限制了它的应用。

  本课题主要的研究研究铸造铝合金的类型、特性及焊接特点,掌握了铸铝焊接时容易出现气孔、裂纹等问题,在焊接过程中要在焊接材料、焊接过程、焊接操作等方面进行严格控制。研究在实际生产中已广泛应用的铸铝焊接技术的原理及工艺特点,如焊条电弧焊、钨极氩弧焊以及熔化极氩弧焊。同时探讨了近几年来在国内外出现的铝焊新技术的基本原理及特点,通过研究,掌握每种焊接方法的工艺特点、适用场合等,其中在我国具有较好应用前景的是熔化极脉冲氩弧焊、搅拌摩擦焊等。

  Abstract

  Aluminum alloys have been intensively applied as one of the ferrous metals in industrial production,due to advantages of low density,corrosion Proof,high specific intensity and heat and electrical conductivity. TIG welding used as the common welding process for aluminum alloys has many advantages,including high welding quality and all Position welding and so on. Normally,it is used to Weld thin Plate owing to Poor Penetration and low deposition coefficient in one weld,because that the tungsten electrode has the restricted carrying capacity and arc heat have dispersive radiation .So its application is limited.

  The main studies and the classifications ,properties and weld ability of casting aluminum alloy systematically , mastered the problems when welded, such as porous、crack etc. During welding ,we must control material ,process strictly. Have Studied the principle and characteristics of the common welding technologies ,such as electrode-arc welding etc.;however ,some advanced technologies are introduced sketchy , .Each technology has different characteristic and practical occasion .By analyzed ,PC-MIG welding and FSW have good practical prospects
