泵盖的铸造工艺设计二
摘 要
本设计根据泵盖的结构、材质、主要轮廓尺寸、使用条件及技术要求等综合考虑，采用传统的砂型铸造工艺方案。
通过对泵盖铸造工艺性进行分析以及各不同方案间的比较，合理确定其铸造工艺方案、铸造工艺参数，进而设计计算出相应的浇冒口系统，确定生产该铸件所需工装，绘制出相应的铸造工程图等，从而得到砂型铸造生产泵盖的工艺方法和主要工艺文件。并对铸件充型和凝固过程进行了计算机数值模拟，分析和讨论其模拟结果，并尽可能减少其缺陷。
