铝合金消失模铸造常见铸造缺陷分析

摘要：消失模铸造工艺生产铝合金铸件在汽车工业领域应用越来越广，尤其在工业
发达国家采用消失模铸造生产汽车发动机缸体、缸盖、传动壳体、水冷双层排气管、汽
车阀门、进排气管、散热器片、燃气喷头和阀门等铝合金铸件达到迅速发展，但是在国
内消失模铸造工艺生产铝合金铸件发展的相当缓慢，其主要原因是工艺因素相当复杂；
生产设备和原辅材料满足不了生产工艺要求，造成许多难以克服的铸造缺陷产生，笔者
根据这些年来试验和生产消失模铸造铝合金铸件过程中产生的主要常见铸造缺陷进行
分析。
