铝锭连续铸造机组控制系统的关键技术之一是对铝锭浇铸过程的控制,铝锭浇铸 过程控制的好坏直接决定着成品铝锭的质量。目前,对铝锭浇铸过程的控制都是人工现 场根据经验来调节,这种由人工调节的控制精度比较低,产品的质量得不到保证,而且 劳动强度大,浇铸现场还存在对操作人员人身极不安全的危险因素。
铝液从混合炉流出到铝锭浇铸的过程是一个非线性、时变、大滞后的系统,很难 建立精确的数学模型,且系统存在多种扰动。通过研究铝锭浇铸过程的特点,总结人工 浇铸控制的经验,提出了铝锭浇铸过程的两级控制系统,将铝锭浇铸过程分为前后关联 的两部分,分别对其进行控制,以降低干扰和滞后对系统的影响。分析推导了两级系统 的各自粗略模型,根据系统特点及控制要求,分别对两级控制系统设计了内模控制器和 模糊自整定PID控制器,并对所设计的控制器进行了仿真研究,结果表明,文中所提出 的控制方法能够很好地满足控制要求。
所设计的控制系统可以提高控制精度,保证产品质量,为企业带来更高的经济效益; 其次,可以降低操作人员的劳动强度,保证操作人员的人身安全。

Abstract
One of the key technologies in the aluminum ingot continuous casting machine control system that is the casting process control,the casting process control have a direct decision to product qualities.At the present,the casting control is mainly artificial experience to adjust,this by manually adjustable control precision is relatively low,so quality of the product can not be guaranteed,and the labor intensity,casting site existence of the very unsafety risk factors also.
The molten aluminum from flow the mixing furnace to the ingot casting process is a non-linear,time—varying large delay system,it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model and the system there al multiple disturbances.By study and analysis the characteristics
of the ingot casting process,and summed up the experience of manual casting control,The
method be proposed for aluminum ingot casting process that is the two grade control system.Divided the aluminum ingot casting process into two parts,the two grade have its association.The method could effectively reduce the interference and the systems delay. Analysis and derived the respective rough model of the two systems,the internal model controller and fuzzy PID controller have be design based on system characteristics and control
requirements.The simulation study results shows that the proposed control method can well satisfied the control requirements.
