如何有效运用铸造数值模拟软件提高铸件质量

摘要：分析了当前铸造模拟软件在中国铸造企业得不到有效应用的原因，具体包括以下几方面：模拟软件的应用对象
定位不准确，使软件不能充分有效地应用；企业没有配备有能力使用模拟软件的专业人员，使用软件不得力；对使用
软件的部门定位不准确不合理也使软件不能有效地为企业服务；铸造企业领导人员需要进行观念上的革新，应把模拟
软件当作生产设备来对待。通过对以上原因分析的基础上，提出了有效应用数值模拟软件的方法。

Abstract：The reasons，that foundry numericaI simulation software was not effectively used，were
analyzed in this paper。and they include：using jn lncorrect castings makes simulation software be
IOW efficiency；the most of the engineers are not competent for taking fulI advantage of the software；
the distribution of departments using simulation software in found~ enterprise is improper．which
make it not to be used fuIly enough；directors of the foundry enterprise should have their mind
innovated。and they should regard the simulation software as the production facility．Basing on the
above analysis．we put forward some measures to prompt the effective use of the numerical
simulation software．
