Principle Responsibilities
1.Evaluate and recommend raw materials, process methods, and procedures to improve steel wheel operations on world-wide basis.
2.Solve defective problems by sound scientific principles and plant work.
3.Coordinate projects with Joint Venture plant personnel, and outside suppliers to assure execution in accordance with schedules and budgets.
4.Prepare reports on progress of defective studies and capacity improvement projects at Joint Venture and/or Licensee facilities.
5.Recommend improvements for equipment reliability and work with Joint Venture and/or Licensee staff to implement recommendations.
6.Assist in R&D related projects to improve wheel manufacturing / quality.
7.Audit Amsted Rail Purchased wheels to ensure they meet with the product requirements of both Amsted Rail and their customers.
Skills And Experience
1.Knowledge of the metallurgical engineering field with solid foundry industry exposure.
2.Demonstrated knowledge of statistical process control and implementing within manufacturing environment.
3.Great self-management ability and the flexibility to travel between JVs in China and internationally.
4.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with a wide range of people and successfully achieving process improvement.
5.1 years working experience, the experience in JV could be a plus.
6.Good English ability in both oral and writing.
