熔模铸造的自动化制壳生产线

摘要：根据熔模铸造自动化制壳生产线的结构特点，从涂挂和撒砂均匀性比较了手工操作和机
器操作的区别，分析了型壳强度的影响因素。结果表明，在熔模铸造Z-艺过程中运用自动化生
产线制壳，可以减少生产过程中人为因素的影响，提高型壳强度，保证铸件质量，同时改善了
工人劳动强度，提高了劳动生产率。

Automatic Production Line of Shell Making for Investment Casting

Abstract：According to the structure characteristics of automatic production line of shell making for
investment casting．the difference between manual operation and machine operation was compared from
the uniformity of coating and stuccoing．and thC factors influencing shell strength were analyzed．The
results show that using the automatic production line of shell making in investment casting process can
reduce the influence of human factors on production process．improve the shell strength，and ensure the
quality of castings．Meanwhile．the labor intensity iS reduced，and the labor productivity iS increased．

熔模铸造采用硅溶胶一水玻璃复合制壳工
艺…。表面两层用硅溶胶一锆英粉涂料，手工沾涂
料，淋砂机撒砂；其余为水玻璃一莫来石粉涂料， 6
上涂料、撒砂、硬化、风干操作都在制壳生产线
上完成，避免繁重的涂挂、撒砂等手工操作。复
合制壳工艺的特点是：一方面利用硅溶胶一锆英粉
制壳工艺提高型壳及铸件的表面质量，另一方面
利用水玻璃型壳快速硬化的特点缩短制壳周期，
节约价高的型壳材料，降低生产成本。 卜一套除尘器；2—一套沾浆机；3-一套淋砂机；
4一一套传动装置；5-架体；6一八套回转轮；
