摘 要
对于给定的设计课题,进行工艺规划和夹具设计的基础。论文内部知识主要运用在机床夹具设计、公差等方面。首先,对零部件进行了解和分析,以便更准确的加工和确定零部件的标准。然后计算出每一步的工作程序,并计算出切割参数。夹具设计包括:零件的定位、夹具的夹具和指导各零件的设计。在这里我们特别注意夹具的定位元件,会产生误差,误差应该在我们的控制范围内,我们应该充分了解夹具的优缺点,以便改进。通过以上的设计、分析和计算,我们顺利完成了本次毕业设计的全部任务。在巩固大学所学知识的同时,我们也为自己进入社会夯实了基础。

Abstract
For the design of a given subject, the basis of process planning and fixture design. Paper internal knowledge is mainly used in machine tool fixture design, tolerance and so on. Firstly, understand and analyze the parts and components, so as to process more accurately and determine the standard of the parts. Then calculate the working procedure of each step and calculate the cutting parameters. Fixture design includes: parts positioning, clamping and guiding the design of various parts. Here we pay special attention to fixture positioning components, will produce errors, errors should be within our control, we should fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of fixture, in order to improve. Through the above design, analysis and calculation, we have successfully completed all the tasks of this graduation project. While consolidating the knowledge we have learned in the university, we have also consolidated the foundation for ourselves to enter the society.
