摘 要
本次课程设计详细阐述了对连杆端面10mm槽的专用铣床夹具设计,采用一面两销进行定位,通过综合分析与设计,验证了该设计的可行性和优越性,通过此设计,实现了理论知识和实践的充分结合,在这次课程设计涉及了机床类型的选择、加工方式的选择、刀具的选择、定位误差的分析与计算、夹具体设计应注意的问题等等。进一步添加计算机绘图的经验。
综合该次设计的全过程,体会到了设计路途的迷茫和艰难,作为学完《机械制造技术基础》之后的一项重要的实践,充分考察了我们独立设计,计算,绘图和分析的能力,尤其提高了我们查阅各种设计手册的和相关资料的能力,深刻体会了夹具设计的一般步骤和相关问题的解决办法,为将来参加工作,熟悉工艺打下坚实基础。
Abstract
