  摘  要

  汽车连杆是往复活塞式内燃机的重要零件。内燃机工作时,连杆的小头和活塞一起沿气缸中心线往复运动,连杆的大头则与曲轴柄一道作旋转运动。

  本文在绪论中综述了国内外非调质钢的研究、开发与应用的状况。研究了48MnV,40MnV为代表的汽车用感应淬火用非调质钢的组织、常规力学性能与感应淬火性能,提出了适合于实际生产的非调质钢的组织及受控因素。

  为节减能耗、杜绝淬火裂纹、减少变形、改善切削加工性能、降低制造成本,国内、外相继采用非调质钢替代调质钢制作汽车连杆。

  ABSTRACT

  Automobile connecting rod is one of important components in the reciprocating internal combustion engines.When internal combustion engine works,connecting rod small end moves to and fro along the central line of the cylinder together with piston,and connecting rod big end and crankshaft shank revolve together.

  This article summarizes a researching、development and application.In this base , introduces the aspect of microalloyed steels developmet,including strengthening and touchening mechanisms、typical element and microstructure of microalloyed non-tempering steels with ferrite-pearlite、bainite and martensite.The text reseaches the microstructure、ordinary mechanical properties、inducing-quenching feature and fatigue feature of microalloyed steels 48MnV and 40MnV,stresses forging process that is simulated with a way of normal or approximately normal heating and cooling,advances microstructure and controled factors which aresuitable for actual applicationns of microalloyed steels.

  Thusnon-tempered and quenched steel were adopted instead of tempered and quenched steel in many countries in order to save energy,avoid the crack and distortion in quenching,and improve the performance of cutting and reducing the cost of manufacturing.
