齿轮减速器壳体加工工艺及夹具设计
摘 要
减速器是通过封闭在减速箱中的转换齿轮、涡轮等传动机构,将输入轴的马达的回转数,转换成汽车所需要的回转数,并且在传递动力的同时获得很大转矩的一种装置。减速器的壳体有着非常重要的作用,不仅能够固定和支持轴的组件,还能够对轴组件的运转精度进行保证,并且还能保证密封和润滑变得可靠。因此在制造齿轮减速器壳体的时候,保证其具有良好的加工工艺对减速器的性能起着很重要的作用,同样,再生产实践中对齿轮减速器壳体的加工工艺就行不断的优化也起着很重要的作用。
本文围绕齿轮减速器壳体的零件图,结合零件图的标注要求,通过分析零件特性,拟定零件的加工方案,并重点对其加工工艺进行了详细设计。齿轮减速器壳体的加工工艺的设计主要包括以下几个部分:首先,确定制造毛坯采用的加工形式,然后通过零件尺寸特性选择零件的定位基准,接下来拟定减速器零件加工的工艺路线,接着还要确定机械生产加工的余量、工序尺寸及制造毛坯的尺寸,最后需要设计并确定减速器的加工和切削量等。通过齿轮减速器壳体的加工工艺设计,实现了齿轮减速器壳体的加工,为接下来的工艺优化提供了基础工艺条件,相信通过在实践中的不断的优化,齿轮减速器壳体的加工工艺会进一步完善。

This paper focuses on the design of the processing technology of the reducer box. Determine manufacturing the blank form, select the locating datum, drawn up by deceleration parts machining process, mechanical production and processing of the margin, process dimension and blank manufacturing size determine, determine the deceleration device of cutting parameters and machining man hour and so on, to conduct a more comprehensive design to reduce the speed reducer box body processing technology. Through the analysis and design of the gearbox processing technology, improve the process level of the reducer box manufacturing, and promote the progress of the manufacturing industry of the reducer box..
